1. Installed new sumitumo which I purchased in US tirerack 2. Replaced AC line where it was leaking, and charged the system 3. Replaced radiator with a quality German rad, which was leaking Notes: $1700 is fair Took a month bec dad told him to take time and not prioritize. Problem: Hvac fan is quite noisy now, and my 1.5 yr old battery seems to not b holding charge well

Oil: added 2/3 L which took it to max. It was previously one unit above min Coolant: added 500ml of blue BMW , and 500 ml of yellow OEM coolant (yes I mixed, but it is approved for bmw). It took it to max. Previous it was sunken waaay down and I received yellow coolant alert. Note: I took off engine tray and leaking about 4 drips of coolant per hour on driver side. Monitor. Note: looks like oil leak under there too. Recall valvtronic motor gasket or solenoid gasket was leaking during spark plug change. Could be that? Monitor.

I couldn’t find my notes on this so I guesstimated mileage & date. Removed both vanos solenoids from front of block and sprayed throughout with brake cleaner as per YouTube Cured the rpm hunting at idle.

Hunting. 400 - 1000 rpm engine was hunting while idling. Lasted for about 20 sec almost stalled out. Occurred several times in that occasion.

Everything performed which was necessary to get it certified for lenore to put plate on izzy. All four rotors. All four brake pads. All four shocks bilstein B12 Pro kit All for springs bilstein Control arm and all bushings 1115$ usd from turner 2000$ install by Andrew Advised to get alignment performed and also Krown rust proofing since I want to keep izzy long term Also...still need to fix AC

Logged first low-coolant flag ever last week. Opened cap and floater is at bottom out of sight. Filled 5050 to max level. It took 1L.

Leslie at paradigm -Changed & codes batt to new factory BMW which he said has a longer reserve than Marcos RMP batt. and is good for 7yrs. Leslie said Marcos did have higher amp rating but it was best suited for warm weather He printed out a battery test for me (see binder) for old and new battery. $241 batt + 80 labour = $320+tx ; same price cash v credit; no longer true north discounts Warrant info: -Leslie said computer flagged intake and cabin filter due as well as rear brake pads by computer. computer. -Leslie also noted a noise from front suspension he'd like to put on lift and investigate make sure I'm good for winter. -he said Endlinks Bushings need replacing, rear pads are cooked. Oil leak he'd like to spray down before going straight for oil pan. Shocks are okay but they will need it eventually given age. The front suspensions stuff is most pressing. NGK LFR6AIX-11 $20 2-pk x 3 = $60 for six Iridium IX "superior to platinum" Note: replacement schedule is every 160k km Last change feb2011 Bosch $33ea Coil chambers all look clean, maybe just a half drop of oil at the bottom. Plug 3 had some crusty oil around top threads, the rest had none. All plugs had white chauky pin and arch which is good. Bad would be black carbon here. Black carbon on the inside of the surround which is normal. It was a bitch to get them out after 6yrs 105K km. Required cheater tube for leverage. Unknown if anti seize was originally applied, but this time I applied copper (forum approved) antiseize just a small band around middle of threading. Plug1 (cylinder1) had more than others so see effect in future!! Note the solenoid gasket is leaking and needs replacement ...actually I think it's the valvtronic motor gasket I am referring to I had to stop bec it got too dark after 4 hours. Resume next day. Note: instead of Bosch coils (done last time), see about getting Delphi next time...YouTube said Delphi hold up better in heat. Unconfirmed. Note: battery (nov2012) needs replacing v soon.

Put in 6l of 5w30 and will wait for warm engine level to add true extra .5 or whatever. Mobil1 ---> level at exactly 50% (mid point)...perfect --> a month later it said to add 1l. I added a half liter and now it is centred. The oil flap had considerable oil coating and there is oil migrating around the oil pan seam. Idk where it's coming from. Also: 1 There is currently a rare occasion idle shudder where rpm dipped and hunted for a few secs. 2 Battery struggled to start this cold day...meter says "weak"
