Unable to fix driver side AC blowing warm air intermittently. Added slight excess pressure Freon as think that worked on another vehicle. Started blowing warm air again about halfway home. Also unable to duplicate occasional transmission surge from 1st to 2nd gear.

Service Advisor Brandie Townsend. No call back when promised. A/C not cooling properly. Told there is no problem with the A/C and we just need to keep it on the lowest setting to work in hot weather (!). When driving home, found that cooling ok on passenger side, but not cooling properly on driver side, regardless of temperature setting.
