Replaced driver and passenger side wheel bearing hub assemblies ($65 Amazon). Had to buy 3 new flange Head bolts M12-1.75x50 grade 10.9 from Oreily’s ($16.30) to replace the ones that I rounded the heads on (driver’s side).

After replacing radiator, thermostat, top and bottom hoses and flushing the cooling system just three weeks earlier, the Engine was over heating. DTCs P0741 (torque converter clutch solenoid) and P1860 (TCC PWM solenoid circuit) had been tripped for some time. I thought maybe those two issues were connected. Turns out that the overheating problem was due to a clogged purge line/ overflow line (runs across engine, back to reservoir). Removed tube bolt/stud at engine and cleared its blockage. Also cracked open the transmission housing and replaced the TCC PWM solenoid, dropped the AT pan, cleaned pan gasket and filters and replaced, filled with new fluid. I already had 5.5 quarts of the AT fluid, used 7.5 quarts.

Found crack and leak in radiator’s right side tank. Added half gallon of coolant and ordered new radiator, upper, lower hoses and thermostat.

New part doesn’t exactly match the old one. The lengths were different— I’m assuming that’s because the new one hadn’t been activated yet. The new pintle was metal, the old one was some kind of resin. The new body was not sealed well and may be susceptible to moisture and dirt.
