Rang the Servies Team of Armstrong Prestige for car wash in the afternoon as it was really dusty from the trip of Mt. Cargill. Asked where my CD (taken 12-Dec-2012, 2+ months ago) and DVD (taken 25-Jan-2013, 1 month ago) are and they've no information about them.

The DVD player of the UConnect Touch has been replaced with the new one again. But they again cannot take out the DVD movie disc which is jammed in the old one. Now Armstrong Prestige is owed me two discs. They do not know when they will receive the discs.

The DVD movie disc is jammed in the new DVD player of UConnect Touch!!! It's the same message as last year, "Disc error".

New DVD player of UConnect Touch has been replaced. The CD named The Divine Romance is jammed in the old system and has been sent to LA. Hope it will return back here in couple weeks.

9-10-12: Armstrong Prestige reported, they can’t fix it but order the system from Australia/USA & it may take 2 weeks.

4th October 2012: "Disc Error" appeared on the screen of UConnect 8.4-inch Touch Screen System and CD couldn't be injected.
