I keep forgetting to add my fill-up, so here is one from yesterday. Not much happening. Added fuel injector cleaner (Lucas), on special at AutoZone: $4.99. Pick one up, they work great.

Oil change. Four quarts, Royal Purple 5W-30, Bosch 3330 oil filter. I keep forgetting to add my gas mileage. Need to update more often.

Long time since last fill-up. Put in some good Chevron gas for a change, and added a Gumout Injector Cleaner (Special at AutoZone). Also cleaned the vacuum lines, the carburetor, and checked the timing, choke and idle (monthly service).

Mostly stop and go driving. I need to fix a hole in my radiator tomorrow. It's not really affecting gas mileage, but It's not good. Old Blue's not overheating, but the green stuff on the driveway isn't making me feel any better.

Just topping off the tank while gas is still cheap. Changed the oil and filter yesterday: 4qts valvoline synthetic 10W-30, Mobil oil filter, 4 Bosch Platinum +2 spark plugs, cleaned the K&N air filter.

Mostly in town driving--to and from work--But pretty good mileage anyway. I've been using the same tank of gas for about a month; I'm glad it lasted so long.

Filled up after going on a rally with my car club. Old Blue did good. It wasn't a race, but the little FWD took the mountain corners pretty well. A lot of torque-steer, as to be expected. Outpaced the Mustangs; that was worth it right there.

All city driving. The difference between highway and city driving on a carbureted car is pretty wild. My average dipped pretty low because of this one. Oh well, next time.

After tuning the carb, new plugs, various ignition parts, adjusted the timing about three degrees, etc. She went a long way on this tank-full.
