Changed oil drain plug washer (old one was reused last time a week ago and it was cracked/broken copper one). This one is rubber inside with metal outside. Also changed oil out to Motorcraft 5w--30 synthetic blend. (Still seeing oil drip on rear side of oil pan but it's coming from higher up)
