Both rear parking brake cable guides had come loose (detached from shoe). LH brake only destroyed cable guide. RH brake destroyed cable guide and lost both shoe hold-down springs. Also, tack welds on RH wheel studs did not work at all, predictably. Replace cable guides and reassemble brakes; hammer tabs of cable guides into brake shoes to retain them.
