Used Shell Rotella T5 10W-30 approved by Ford specs. Used oil filter Motorcraft FL-2051S. Checked fuel filter water drain with the result of no water found. Additionally I added 1 quart of Motorcraft orange.

Dealer replaced center dash parts and passenger B Pilar that were damaged due to previous install of headliner and seat inspection. Passenger seat blower replaced due to noise.

Service technicians attempted to replace damaged console parts from headliner install and replace B pillar from passenger seat removal. Service technicians discovered parts were not for my truck. Service technicians ordered new parts. A date was set next for Tuesday the 26th.

Filed a lemon law complaint with the BBB Auto Line website due to truck being out of service for a total of 32 days as of this date. Please reference Virginia title 59.1 trade and commerce, chapter 17.3 Motor Vehicle Warranty Enforcement Act subsection 59.1-207.9.

Replace rattling blower from passenger seat. Replace headliner motor and track due to binding. Headliner motor and track were replaced.Upon testing new motor failed. New motor was ordered and installed. Headliner controls and motor and track now work. Seat rattling no longer issue. Truck was finally return December 11.

After an hour waiting it was found that the fix was more involved. Was told to bring it back next Wednesday, November 8.

Added two 2.5 gallon jugs of TRUclean DEF fluid. Truck DEF fluid indicator was at 1/4 and now shows completely full.

Oil sample taken and sent out for testing. Where valve stem extenders have the wrong securement type. Extenders not installed.

Check engine light with code P2201. Sent home with rental car. Truck returned on 31Aug2017. Kept for 8 days. Mileage returned 3992 EGR valve, and both NOX sensors replaced.

Check engine light and code P2201 NOX sensor range performance. TSB 17-0054 performed. Installed new wheel that was sold damaged.
