Vacuumed A/C system and then charged A/C with 1 lb 9 oz R-134a. Vent temps get as low as 40°F and then the compressor cycles. I may be able to lower temps a bit by adjusting the low pressure switch.

Motorcraft FL-1ST valvoline premium conventional 5w-30. Raised idle slightly. Less vibe in D at stoplight. Bent front brake dust covers to reduce rattling... one rattle eliminated??
