They installed the wrong filter ph6607 filter for a Kia/Hyuandai. Made them replace with correct part XG7317. Mechanics not happy, customer service rep lady looked worried and insisted the computer made the mess up. Worried about cross threaded filter. New filter appears snug when check by hand. Left oil mess on tie rods.
