* Right front tire at 3/32”, all others at 5/32” so recommending 4 new tires soon. Also will require engine air filter replacement for next time. * oil change done. transmission fluid and brake fluid flush replacement done.

- Service 3: oil change, recommend future brake and transmission fluid flush and air filter replace - clock spring for airbag, no horn; replaced under extended Kia warranty - early failure after recent 2020 repair. Replace both front L/R control arms. Parts covered under warranty, 1/2 price labour due to recent repair. Charged $200. - replaced both front brake pads and rotors - wheel alignment, no charge

Broken door latch for rear passenger side door. Could not open from outside with handle, could open from inside but I engaged child door lock. Shouldn’t have done that as it ended up making repair and cost higher - Kia had to remove rear seats to open the door and remove door panel. Charles said they reduced the labor time and rate due to being a loyal Kia customer otherwise labor would have been $1000.

Sat. Oct.17/20 - front R ball joint failure as turning into Point Grey Turf Field. Can’t turn R wheel. Towed by BCAA to Kia South Vancouver, serviced by Sab. Replaced front L/R ball joint and control arms, wheel alignment with 3rd party aftermarket parts. Also, replaced rear brake pads and rotors. Replaced engine air filter and Service 1 oil change. Spark plugs due next service.

Previous battery dated 12/2014 wouldn’t hold much charge Replacement battery bought from Costco for $115 plus $15 tax = $130. Battery dated 10/2018. Installed myself on Dec.8/2018.

Scheduled Service 1; replaces front brakes and rotors; replaced engine air filter; Recommend to replace serpentine belt next service $150.02 Confirmed airbag light is on; would need to replace clock spring and driver side air bag assembly at cost of $700/$2500 respectively; OK to drive airbag will still deploy in case of an accident per service tech, Corey

- 4 new tires purchased online from Quattro Tires. 4x Kumho Solus HA31 SUV (235/60/R18 - 107V) for $636.72, plus $33.45 tax 5%, plus $32.34 shipping = 703.19 final total. Bought June 14, delivered to Texcan Surrey on June 25, 2018. - Kia Vancouver mount and balance 4 tires $110.50 plus $13.27 tax = $123.77. - Kia Vancouver paid for a wheel alignment at no charge. Took responsibility for no suggestion of a wheel alignment during any of my previous service appointments leading to uneven wear of Pirelli tires which were bought from Costco. Likely lost 1 year of tire use off of the Pirelli set.

Check engine light on. Diagnosed as faulty O2 sensor. Retrieve fault code P0430 Catalyst below threshold (bank #2). Corey suggested to leave as it doesn’t affect mechanically but may lose 2-5% fuel economy. Cost to fix would be $604 parts plus 1.5 hrs labour. May need to replace in the future.
