Had a clunky rattle coming from both sides near the driver and passenger footwell. After diagnostic, techs found the lower ball joints had failed and were clunking. These are part of a Mazda assembly for the lower control arms and could not be replaced without whole new lower control arm assemblies. Due to work on suspension components, an all wheel alignment was performed. Recommended new engine filter and battery with next service.
