Oil every 5k! Plugs every 30k Transmission oil every 40k Transmission oil: The easiest thing to do is just drop the drain plug and collect all the fluid so you can measure it. In this manner you're only draining the pan and not the whole system, so around 40% of the capacity, as almost exactly 4 quarts drains every time. To fill, just remove the intake box, held in place by 2 10mm bolts, and the intake tube, below it you will find a very short dip stick secured with another 10mm, just remove and add the exact amount of new fluid back. If you like you can repeat this after a short drive to exchange more fluid, but this method is perfectly adequate if done every 40k or so.
