Oil and filter supplied by me from Mercedes Winston-Salem (9 quarts of 5W-30) (cost of $107.72). Technician did not have correct filter wrench for housing so had difficulty removing it. Filter O-ring was not properly sealed initially so oil leaked from filter when engine started. They partially cleaned engine compartment but I had to do additional cleaning at home. They gave 50% discount (labor charge ended up to be $23.53. Recommend not taking car back to them.
