Discount Tire dismounted all season tires from wheels, serviced TPMS sensors/valve stems, mounted winter tires on wheels, balanced, and installed onto car..$76. Bought winter wiper blades at Autozone and installed them. $25.42.

Got winter tires dismounted from wheels and the "All-season" tires mounted and balanced with rebuilt TMPS sensors. Was told there was some corrosion on the sensors, but that it is common.Tires now mounted have 8/32 inch tread depth. At recent oil change/multipoint inspection, the winter tires have 10/32 inch tread depth.
