Exhaust Smell in cab worse, especially with HVAC on. Dealer verified smell. “Found banjo clamp installed during repair backed off and became loose. Tightened clamp and verified no further leaks. Put additional locking nut on clamp so it could not back off further. “

Still bad exhaust smell - “found broken exhaust studs at the DPF Flange as well as slight crack in the turbo down pipe. **Removed and replaced DPF, Down Pipe, and all exhaust gaskets involved.” CEL came on, engine loud - “engine had excessive coolant in the intake due to a faulty EGR, engine was not running efficiently. Replaced intake, EGR, and fuel tubes” Intake manifold melted after new EGR was installed for recall.
