• tire rotation refused by Firestone per policy because tires >5 years old. • Firestone claimed mistakenly that oil change was also requested. stated that oil gasket (a ~$5 part) needed replacement. they added a 5W30 conventional oil, not the 10W30-High Mileage you have been using.
