Experiencing intermittent issues in the past month with starting up Prius from garage in cold weather. Pressing power button with brake depressed results in dash lights turning on, but engine not powering on. Takes multiple tries.

Prius wouldn't start up this afternoon in campus parking lot. Called AAA, Yarbrough Brothers Towing came and found that the issue was that ignition had been left on (power button not fully depressed). Depressed power button fully for a few seconds, engine started up, drove to work, then left Prius running in garage for 3 hours.

8:30AM Prius wouldn't start, SKS wouldn't work, but manual key would. Door light left on overnight. AAA came in 21 minutes, jump started 12v battery. Battery read at about 10.6v, was drained. AAA technician advised leaving car on for 3 hours to recharge battery. MPG may take a hit.
