My Gas station is now charging $2 for compressed air. OMG. Skip the hassle and just do it yourself as there is no waiting in line at home. I purchased a VIAR 70P mini air compressor for about $32 and just fill all my tires now at home. Its safer, faster, cheaper, and more accurate using the VAIR 70P.

Boo-ya! 100 MPG! Hyper-mile your Prius! Pulse and glide method on this last fill up. Thank-you Wayne Gerdes!. Here how I did it: Accelerate to 40 MPH with your Prius on selected paved country roads with little traffic ( YOUR PULSE) then let off the gas (YOUR GLIDE) coasting gradually down to 30 MPH. Place your foot back on the gas again to accelerate back to 40 MPG and repeat the process until you reach your destination. Remember to not engage re-gen braking on your coasts so you can maximize your glide path (unlimited MPG!)

My Prius has arrived! Tires are set to 35 lbs on front and 32 on rear set. Using 4 brand new General Altimax All Season Tires. Front disk brakes were resurfaced at 94K.
