Fill at Love's, Cheyenne (no bio-diesel); after previous fill at Conoco, mpg suddenly much better--altitude?? Car idling at 1100 rpm when left in any gear; or in neutral when moving; would only go down to 800 when fully stopped. Lots of stopping on mountain road at RMNP. For this tank, MFD usually read over 50, maybe 52/53. Bad headwind from Wellington to Cheyenne (about 30 miles)
