http://www.myturbodiesel.com/wiki/how-to-change-the-speedometer-for-3-4-miles-fast-mk4-vag-com/ That web page shows that the brake sensor and the speedometer impulses per mile are in the same option block. Brake sensor is shown as +01, and I missed that it was +1 in the upper 2 values and added to the bottom. When I looked 10/8, the value was 06243, when the default should have been 07242. The ratio between what I mistakenly changed in January and the default was 5677/6651 or .85. If I use this ratio against my last measured 35MPG (35/.85) I get 41.17MPG, which is basically around the 42MPG I've always gotten. Adjusting odometer value based on the ratio given.
