Also Replaced the following parts: Clutch release bearing Flywheel bolts Pressure plate bolts Coverplate (classic VW dealer, tranny to engine metal gasket) Transmission Mount (from ECS Tuning) Transmission Mount hardware (from ECS Tuning) Dogbone bolts Air filter Oil, oil filter, drain plug Tranny fluid Flushed brake fluid Everything bought from FCP unless noted.

Engine oil and filter. 5w-40 OEM fluid from fcp. Transmission fluid. Febi SAE 75W (GL-4) from fcp. 2.5 ish liters. Air filter covered in soot, blew off filter and air box with compressed air. Windshield wipers from fcp. Bosch Oem. Michelin tires rotated to: FL: 1 - 7/32 FR: 2 - 7/32 RL: 3 - 7/32 RR: 4 - 7/32

AC not working for 10 min when it is hot outside, Then turns on good. “82335 switched compressor on and off. Compressor valve has proper signal, clutch has proper power and ground. Evacuated system, 589g. Spec is 525g. Overcharges system can cause poor havoc performance. Checked ac operation after vehicle sat for 4 hours. AC working properly. Ambient temp 71.1F, vent temp 44.4F.” Classic Volkswagen of Gastonia
