converting 5 wire VX O2 to 4 wire O2

Hello GS, i need major help. just did a swap into my VX with a d16y8 and code 41 is coming up. i been searching all over the internet to find the correct connection to wire up the 4 wire O2 to the stock VX 5 wire harness. can anyone help???

4 wire O2 is the green, white, black and black. need help wiring these 4 wires to the stock O2 harness. HELP HELP HELP!!!!!
