Testing L1H1 sensors

So I have 1 L1H1 O2 sensor in my VX, and 2 more on my workbench. Both used, but in cosmetically good shape (for what it's worth). What can I do to test the three sensors and determine which may be in the best shape?

I could have sworn I saw some O2 flowcharts somewhere...
