Well I cut a hole aprox. .75" x 6" center low in the lower grill block. Water temps dropped 10F and intake air temp shot up to 155F. Whoops,,, Bad hole,,, very bad hole. Damit! And this test loop run...

I made full grill blocks for the Civic today.

Use light weight metal sign's to make the uppers and cortex insulation board to make the lowers and 55 MPG tape. The lowers are temp.
