I'm guessing 10lbs, top speed won't be much but it should run for a while even without many speeds to choose from. Might get interesting if I take the canoe on the metro then use the metro battery...

Got this on ebay for $10, (paid twice that in shipping).

We were paddling the squareback canoe last weekend and trying to fish in a breeze, wasn't working too well.
