It does qualify BUT only for another class 3...

It does qualify BUT only for another class 3 truck or a class 2 like a Silverado. The ranger is a class 1 truck and he can't get a car.

Apparently doesn't work well for Class 3 trucks either. A buddy of mine wanted to turn in his 1990 F250 diesel with over 300k miles for a 4 banger ranger and they wouldn't let him because it didn't...
