Well, I really have to get out there with the caliper to try to see if they're warped.

Do I really need to replace the pads at the same time? My pads are barely worn.

1. Break-in: They've been on there for at least two years, possibly longer. I don't remember if I did anything special for break-in, but probably not....

Tire wear is great, not uneven at all. I wouldn't say that rules out shocks, but it doesn't confirm them as the cause of this symptom either...

Actually, my ride is significantly stiffer than it used to be. I attributed that to general wear on all the suspension, and specifically to tired springs, but maybe it's shocks.

If that's the case...
