tank to tank would be difficult to determine, but scangauge confirms a 3-4mpg difference on. the test speeds were 60mph(cruise) vs 65 to 55(P&G w/ DFCO).

i'm still learning my civic(had it only a few months), but i'll have to disagree here. i've tried both cruise control and P&G w/ DFCO, and at high speeds the latter yields a few more...
