Fitted new spark plug, wouldn't start. Then rode the bike very hard locally. Followed by lots of tinkering running the bike explains mpg. Spark plug gap too big. Then a more relaxed ride to Southport. Fueled at Tesco on arrival. Tail pack fitted.
