finally 6 weeks at the dealer ...diagnosis: 4 weeks = loose wire and 2 more weeks to pull a rock from the radiator fan blades . . . update: rock was likely spark plug wire pressed against fan blade stopping it. Always route spark plug wire behind secondary air hose
