This is the record for my KLR with a Schnitz Racing 685 kit. It has a modified carb with a 142.5 jet, air screw at 2.5 turns, KLX needle at the 2nd notch, modified stock exhaust, and a Uni air filter. The bike also has a large windscreen, likely not helping the MPG.
