Replaced 2 rear tires with the same kind of tires I purchased a couple years ago for the fronts. I bought a 1 year alignment also. The guy tried to sell me on the air filter and cabin filter and other fluid flushes. I declined those.

He rotated the tires and recommended new tires. He said the better tires should be in front so that’s why he rotated them. I was planning to get 2 new tires soon anyway. They replaced the front and back brake pads and rotors. He also found a couple brake light bulbs were out so he replaced those also. He changed the oil with 5W-20 which is a synthetic oil. Their next recommended oil change is 5K miles or 3 months.

The NTB guy tried to sell me on a tune up. The cost would be 400+. He said it was because it is labor intensive. The manifold has to come off and it would take 2 hours of labor. He also recommended 2 front tires. He could match the ones in the back which I purchased in 2016. The cost would be $450. He said there is also an NTB credit card available. 0% interest for 6 months, plus any purchase over $500 is eligible for a $50 rebate in the form of a gift card which can be used at NTB or for mobil gas. He put the same oil in as last time. I reset the oil life to 50%. Last time it was set to 100% and i went ~6,100 miles and it was only down to 38%.

They recommended changing an air filter for $30. He said my front tires were getting low on tread and should be replaced soon. He recommended a fuel system cleaning just based on mileage, nit necessarily because I needed it. I asked to have my wheels aligned. He gave a print out, but didn't explain for recommend anything with that.

He suggested doing a coolant flush because the coolant looked dirty. That is $95.00. I had never gotten this done so I decided to do that. He also noticed a tyrod is starting to go bad. There is some play in it and the more play you have is not good. He won't be able to do the alignment 100% because of it. A new tyrod he quoted at $249. I said no. A minute later he came back and said he could do t for $199 because I bought fhe 1 yr alignment back in November. He's mentioned nothing about the battery. They recommended that the past couple times I was here. I asked how the battery tested out and he said it was fine. It tested 736 out of 800. I got synthetic oil. That's what I did last time because the guy recommended it. Tire Rotation - he recommended I keep the better tired on the back. They still look better than the front ones.
