Is it the 5th gear or the FD you want to swap out? You're going to need to find someone that's breaking an HF transmission. I'm not 100% sure, but it shouldn't be a problem fitting the new FD...

Do a search for Prothane - they make great urethane aftermarket bushings. But you better have a press handy, as they can be a booger to fit.
