I know oxygenated fuels.
You are right about the safety issue.
However don't you think oxygen chemically bonded in gasoline is different from oxygen saturated in gasoline ?

What about we pump some air by the help of an aquarium air stone to gas tank so that more air and thus more oxygen is saturated in gasoline ?
