Yea, its not cheap to ship them. I used to just get 4-5 orders for them, then on my next trip back from LA, toss them in the back of my volvo (I could fit 5 honda hoods back there in the boxes!)...

For the time and resin it takes, I just buy CF ones. I get them at a very reasonable rate (under $300).

I have about 800 yards of fiberglass in my storage unit, I've been meaning to make an underbody tray for like 6 years now. =) Flat would be ok... but really dimpled like a golf ball would be best,...

Agreed. Did you know the Civic VX has some sort (barely) of a underbody "tray" basically a little chunk of plastic that helps air from getting "caught" under the car. Still a slight improvement...

Anyways... I will warn ya, not that it realy deserves a "warn" there is this SMALLEST bit of aluminum that gets taken...

Anyways... I horde them... but seriously, get them from your local wrecking yard off of 87 CRX Hfs (easy to tell... they are the ones without rust all...
