I would do it to all the chambers if you have the time. Any carbon buildup thats left in the chamber will promote the buildup of more carbon later on. Anything that you clean and isn't going right...

My concern is the oil in the #2 cylinder. My guess is that your engine could use a re-ringing. If you have an air compressor, buy or rent a leak down gauge set and check the condition of your engine....
