not absolutely sure. I just used a formula to drop 4.5V down to .45V at 1mA and got 450, but it might be 4500 Ohms though. We'll have to wait and see what Matt says.

I know for Hondas the voltage at idle is .45V...
I know for Hondas the voltage at idle is .45V (and below) and WOT is 4.5V+
