Check the VIN number on your firewall. If there's a little dent in the metal next to it, it's had the recalled module replaced.

The real solution is to re-solder the PCB joints...
The real solution is to re-solder the PCB joints in the Main Relay (it's actually two relays and a few resistors and diodes), or simply replace the unit.
Ground cable issues are also very common....

Nope. The speedometer cable is driven by a gear on the differential housing. If the differential isn't moving, the speedo cable doesn't move.

You have the door-mounted seat belts, right? Honda moved the belts to the doors in most of the '89 models, and all of the '90-91 models... The idea being that you would leave the belts buckled at all...
