Ok I have put new tires on my 1999 crv I replaced all four front and back links so now I dont rock like a boat . Now I have to replace all for shock what would you guys do

I just bought new tires I drive 8 miles to work its winter here now no snow yet. Two blocks city all interstate after that.

I want to try to increase my mpg. I called my local Honda they told me I could not do any thing. Talk to my local shop they said to add a k&n air fillter.does any one have idea how I increase my mpg
