Last tank used mostly in charity ride. Lots of stop-n-go riding through city and country streets. Refueled when low fuel light came on. Rode for about 6 miles on low fuel light.

Filling up early for return trip to Indy. As expected the last tank yielded a good MPG because of SR/interstate riding. Average speed during the trip was 75 MPH.

Lots of stop-n-go traffic. A little bit of aggressive driving. Was pending oil change. Oil changed for this next tank. Approximately 15 miles on low fuel light. Most of those miles on the interstate at around 70 mph. 4-6 miles in stop-n-go traffic.

Mostly interstate riding. Very little stop-n-go riding. Low MPG may be because of little bit of aggressive riding and the bike is due for an oil change. Rode on low fuel light for approximately 11 miles.

Work commute on the interstates. Have been a little aggressively (especially when starting off from stops) and sitting in some stop-n-go traffic. Low fuel light came on at around 13860. Avg. mph: 71.

Quite a lot of city riding along with cruisers. Lots of stop-n-go traffic in daily commute as well. Point to note - managed to squeeze out nearly 19 miles after low fuel light came on. Most of these miles were highway miles though.

A lot of city riding on the last tank. Driving style is still not aggressive. Trying to avoid stop-n-go traffic as much as possible. Filled up after 4 miles on low-fuel light.

Refueled just because I was at the gas station. MPG may not be accurate because I did not use up the entire tank. When I use up an entire tank it covers a wide variety of riding situations and thus presents a better average MPG for the bike. Most of the riding was done on interstates. When on city streets steady 45-50 mph was maintained with a lot of coasting to traffic stops. Also rode upright for quite a few trips. Was expecting wind drag to cause MPG drop.

Still mostly interstate miles. Fueled up when gas light came on. Nothing major has changed about riding style. Still riding pretty easily and not aggressively. Most of last tank was with no major backpack drag. But I was stuck in a traffic on a few days. Also the bike is due for an oil change which may explain the drop in MPG.

No more aggressive riding. Mostly rode in race jacket. Tire pressure kept at the max allowed. Nothing special done to reduce wind drag. Refueled when light came on.

Reduced aggressive riding quite a bit. Avoiding traffic delays and laden with winter gear. Next tank will be riding with more winter gear and expecting the see a drop in MPG. Mostly rode for long stretches of 25-40 miles at a time instead of the quick 16 miles hop to and from work each day. Refueled before low fuel indicator came on. Tire pressure good. Will need to do an oil change soon.

Cold air is making the engine sound better but have been riding a little more aggressively lately. Also wearing bulking clothing hence increased wind resistance. Also taking longer time to warm-up the bike. Could explain the drop in MPG. Average MPH 65-71. RPM range 6.5-7.5k. Gear changes at around 5k. Refueled after riding 20 miles with low fuel warning light on; mostly on the interstate. Rider weight 174lbs approx.
