Louis Robles at Freeman Toyota said that the mechanic tested my driver side wheel bearing and said that one is good and one is bad on the passenger right side. So I had Firestone align and rotate my tires and that whomp-whomp-whomp sound got much quieter (pretty much gone completely). The same Whomp-Whomp-Whomp sound came back while driving normally so I took it back to Louis and the mechanic did the repair (and replaced the top of my dashboard because it was under a recall).
