Fuelly Not Calculating MPG - Did I Do Too Good?

I've been using fuelly since 2015 with no issues and I've finally had a hiccup. I logged a fuel up for my PHEV Chevrolet Volt. I usually drive it in EV mode and only use the engine very rarely. The MPG for this fill up is over 500MPG and the tank lasted me over 4000 miles. Neither MPG nor miles traveled show up in the fuel up. I've tried deleting it and the previous fill and submitting them again. I've also tried exporting them and reimporting them and nothing seems to work. Is there an upper limit on MPG or mileage between fill ups?
