This page (accessible via SMS Preferences in the Settings) doesn't seem up to date with Canada and UK SMS numbers. I had to search google to find the Canada number!

Yes, that post is old (2010) but in 2011 it was updated and a FAQ was created for easier access:

In 2012 we added the numbers for UK and Canada.

For future reference:

US: 503-512-9929

Canada: 604-757-2674

UK: 020 3322 2674

Why not simply change the link in the settings page?
