User/Car with >500 MPG

Some user has entered incorrect data leading to an mpg average of >500mpg. This throws off the overall mpg calculation for that car make. See http://www.fuelly.com/car/honda/cr-z/2011 and search for "556". Any provision for excluding/fixing this user's car data?

Sure, you can go to the car profile page and use the Report This Page feature at the bottom of the page. We check those flags every couple days and filter those vehicles out of public browsing if it seems like they've entered bad data.

eh, that Passat isn't really hurting anything. I hear you that bad data is annoying, but unless it's really out of bounds I think we can assume people will fix it up next time they add a fuel-up.

That car was retired back in Nov. The bad data will never be fixed.

But where is it affecting anything? We don't rank vehicles by MPG.

You implied that they will fix it on their next fuel-up, so I was just letting you know that there will never be one.

Yeah true. We're discussing this. I think we will filter it out of public browsing.
