Cannot sync all of a sudden

The app has had issues for a while now but I've been using it since 2013 and just have too much data to lose by switching to a new one at this point.

I noticed recently is hasn't synced. The only error I can seem to find is on my Prius that I've had on there for years. Under the vehicle details is says "engineiderror"

Any help? Starting to get really frustrated with the app.
