Happened to me the first time I signed up. After sending 2 emails about it I gave up and signed up with the same email address but a different user name and all is fine now.

I only show one account tied to your email address (which is the norm, only 1 email can be registered per username), so that tells me that likely registration wasn't completed the first time.
I also was unable to find any messages at our Help Desk from your current address. I'd like to ensure we're receiving all messages being sent to us, so if you wouldn't mind sending me a PM/Fuelly Mail with the email address you used? Or if you could copy/paste the messages you previously sent, so I can double check that they were received or not. I'd really appreciate it!
