Has anyone redone their grounds?

Looking at http://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1679739 today I'm inspired to redo all my grounds, does anyone have any tips?

I've been having an occasional idle misfire (Which I attribute to airflow issues for no reason in particular) and mehbe this will help, iono though. For some reason grounds seem good...

I got a grounding kit for my altima. The transmission shifted a little better and the headlights got brighter.

I should probably get around to doing this before too long. My OE grounds are all frayed and rusty. I'm sure that cleaning the contact points up and replacing the old wire with some new stuff wouldn't hurt.

One more project to add to my list.

Any idea how much wire is needed? I can't remember how many grounds there are... I know there's a valve cover ground, a transmission ground, and a thermostat ground. Is that all that needs to be replaced?? What about the ground coming off the battery? That should probably be replaced as well right?

I had a ground from the battery to frame. Frame to alternator. Frame to transmission. Frame to fuel injection area.

i just took all mine off, sanded down the contact patch and bolted them back up. i also added one ground from the battery to the dizzy. runs great.

Ground straps are usually short but the one from the battery to the starter is the main one and is usually a foot or two if the battery is up front.

I kinda think 4/0 gauge welding cable oughta do it.
