Driving in TN with the wife's Jeep, I neutral coasted downhill on the interstates. I was a little worried about over acceleration, so I was prepared to brake. From the 70 mph cruising speed, the Jeep accelerated to 73 mph and never beyond no matter how long the hill. Thought that was pretty cool.

That's not cool...that's the aerodynamic drag of a parachute.

Yeah, but I never had to worry about the Jeep getting too fast on the downhills. So for safety it's cool.

I'd complain more about the Jeep's aerodynamics if it ran the interstates everyday, but it's mostly used in town. Kinda thinking about making a hitch receiver boat tail/storage box for it to use on our 4x4ing trips.
