If I hadn't seen the price, I would say the car was awesome.

I have seen pictures of that car before, it didn't have the write up though.

its different... ill give em that... least it isnt down right fugly lol but me personally i wouldnt pay more than like 10-15k lol

i think its one of those cars thats gonna grow on people. like i bet if we time captured a person from the 40's and showed them a present day (insert generic everyday car here) they would think it was ugly lol. my point is theres no "transition" car to make the public apeal to it more...

BUT

if it does get 282 mpg i dont think many people are gonna care.

i think if there was a red one with liek flames or somehitng to make it look like a missle would be cool

That 282 mpg is in Imperial gallons, and with an 8.4 hp single-cylinder diesel. I'd expect the production version to get significantly less mpg. . .but even at 180 mpg us it'd still be a very impressive vehicle. I doubt they'll have any trouble at all selling out the limited production run. . .now just imagine one in the hands of a skilled hypermiler

If I could afford it, I'd buy one just because...

I don't think it looks ugly at all. Then again, I don't think Chrysler Airflows look ugly, either. Nor old Tatras.
